Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam usually referred to as A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, is an Indian politician and scientist who served as the 11th President of India. Apart from being a professor of aerospace engineering, he is also famous for his contribution to missile technology for India, pertaining to which he has been honoured Bharat Ratna award, India's highest civilian honour.
Engineering students of CMRIT, Bangalore got an opportunity to learn mantras of life from the former President APJ Abdul Kalam, who was in CMRIT to attend a "GRADUATION DAY" function on Thursday afternoon.
Teaching the philosophy of life, Kalam asked children to set a goal, work hard to achieve the goal, enhance knowledge and face all challenges in life. He advised them to follow the footsteps of great personalities and get inspirations from them.
